Valisia is well-known for her portrayal of ‘Diana Ross’ in “Motown the Musical.” Her performance has garnered numerous awards and accolades, including a Grammy and Tony Nomination. Valisia is committed to raising awareness and promoting education about ovarian cancer. We invite you to come and hear her story!
Please join us for the 16th Annual Run/Walk to Break the Silence on Ovarian Cancer! The event celebrates survivors, remembers those lost to ovarian cancer, and increases awareness about the disease. The event will again be held at Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia and will include a 5K Run, 5K & 1.5 mile walk. NEW!!! CHIP TIMING, KID'S K RACES & our TEAL Wagger Category. SURVIVOR ACTIVITIES: Survivors are invited to leave their hand print on our Survivor banner, take part in our Group Photo (approximately 10am on stage) and all are invited to bring photos, inspirational sayings for our Wall of Courage! Special gift and Survivor T-Shirt to all registered Survivors!
